Intermediate Care

Gateway offers comprehensive nursing services in a compassionate and nurturing environment. Under the direction of our care team, an individualized service plan is developed for each resident, with the goals of improving quality-of-life and maximizing independence while adjusting to a new living situation.

We work together with each resident and their loved ones so that we may provide person-centered care. Gateway offers private and semi-private accommodations and is Medicare/Medicaid certified. On-site services for our intermediate care residents include:

• Specialized dietary services
• Three nutritious meals a day
• Licensed nursing staff 24 hours-a-day
• Housekeeping and laundry
• Social services and activities
• Nursing care, assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Medication management
